Doorperson

As a Doorperson at The Colonnade Hotel in Boston, MA, you will serve as a welcoming presence at the hotel entrance and help ensure smooth arrivals and departures for guests and visitors in the Back Bay area.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and visitors upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage, as needed.
• Park vehicles and help maintain curbside traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
• Provide assistance with directions and help secure transportation.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds at all times.
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles.
• Proven exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time outside.

Compensation

USD 26 - 26 per hour
