Hospitality/ Hotel Staff

Join Baugher Hotel Group in Cape Canaveral, FL with multiple in-person hotel and hospitality openings across culinary, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and resort operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to company standards
• Clean and maintain resort and hotel pools
• Perform heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Transport, push, pull, and maneuver items as part of daily resort and facility work
• Support tasks requiring prolonged standing and/or walking
• Work under extreme weather conditions

Role-specific physical requirements

• Pool and HVAC-related tasks require ability to push, pull, and lift 40-60 lbs
• Resort grounds work includes transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items up to 80 lbs

Requirements

• Open availability including weekends for applicable roles
• Minimum 1 years experience (where listed)
• Line cook roles require 3 Yrs line cook experience; banquet cook experience is a plus
• FOH restaurant supervisor roles require 3-5 years supervisory exp.
• Skilled and semi-skilled commercial painters/carpenters roles require trade tools, push/pull and lift 40-60 lbs, a valid drivers license, and 3 yrs commercial exp.
• Guest services supervisor roles require 3-5 yrs hotel front desk supervisory experience and availability to work Days, Evenings and Weekends
• Housekeeping roles require weekend availability (room attendant and supervisor positions)
• Pool technician roles require CPO Cert. and a Valid Driver's License, plus ability to push, pull, and lift 40-60 lbs
• General maintenance technician roles require basic facility maintenance skills including light Plumbing and Electrical repairs, 3-5 yrs facilities maintenance exp., ability to push/pull and lift 40-60 lbs, and a valid drivers license
• HVAC technician roles require 5 Yrs HVAC repair exp. and installation/maintenance/repair duties
• HVAC technician roles require EPA Certification and a valid driver's license, plus ability to push/pull and lift 40-60 lbs
• Trade school and commercial refrigeration experience are a plus for HVAC roles
• Resort grounds gardener roles: 1 yr exp. in commercial horticulture, landscaping operations, or related field desirable
• Resort grounds gardener roles require availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
