Los Alamos, CA onsite role focused on keeping guest rooms and public spaces clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.

Clean all bathroom surfaces with no visible residue or hair left behind
Clean floors, furniture, and windows in assigned rooms
Make beds using sheets, pillows, duvets, and blankets according to company standards
Remove used linens and trash from rooms and dispose of them in the designated large bins
Work independently to clean guest rooms
Support the team in laundry and folding tasks
Take inventory of missing room items for Guest Service Agents to charge the guest
Communicate urgent maintenance needs to management
Foresee operational deficiencies and potential problems, then communicate possible solutions to management
Stay productive during shifts and develop professionally throughout the workday
Occasionally perform other duties assigned by management

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to the full duration of a scheduled shift
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and tolerate varying weather while moving around the property between the laundry room and guest rooms
Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, reach, stretch, and twist while cleaning assigned areas
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Occasional ability to move items up to 75 pounds (including linens, cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture)
Ability to use hands and arms continuously to operate cleaning equipment and handle housekeeping tools and supplies
Ability to perform repetitive physical movements while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Excellent time management and organizational skills with task prioritization
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs
