Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Sunny Hotel, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and uphold a pristine environment to support exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role is based in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping tasks, organizing room cleaning, public area upkeep, and laundry processes
  • Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service
  • Perform inspections to verify cleanliness and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address issues
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Support scheduling and shift coordination for staff
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
