Maintenance Supervisor - Grave Shift

The Grave Shift Maintenance Supervisor role at Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, oversees facilities maintenance and groundskeeping operations with a focus on safety, staffing, and day-to-day property management.

Responsibilities

• Directs processes and programs aimed at reducing lost time injuries, ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Manages staffing to meet the budgeted headcount and supervises team members, delegating assignments as needed.
• Oversees staff development, participates in interviews, hires, and performance evaluations.
• Maintains the department's maintenance supply inventory.
• Communicates completed and assigned maintenance tasks to the Director of Maintenance.
• Oversees timely completion of property and safety inspections, ensuring OSHA compliance, EAP regulations, and ADA building codes.
• Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities and equipment on the property, including grounds.
• Coordinates meetings with departmental managers and supervisors as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience maintaining a large facility or overseeing plant operations, with a four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid Class D driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
