Night Auditor
Job Description

Your responsibilities during the night
- Greet every guest encountered and assist with needs within your capabilities.
- Post room charges, taxes, and all other revenues to guest accounts.
- Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
- Verify account posting and balances, supporting accurate night audit close.
- Track room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
- Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
- Summarize results of operations for management, completing proper filing and reporting of statistics.
- Apply principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
- Operate the property management system and other front office equipment.
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and support guest satisfaction.
- Follow proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
- Maintain strong communication, telephone etiquette, and clearly legible documentation; send and receive faxes and copies.
- Perform Manager on Duty functions.

- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Effective conflict management and decision making.
- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
