Overnight Maintenance Supervisor

Based in Riverside, California, Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. This onsite role ensures reliable operation of all mechanical systems, directing both repair and preventive maintenance while coordinating in-house staff and external contractors. The position offers an hourly wage of USD 23.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest maintenance requests and inquiries, resolving needs promptly.
• Oversees hiring and may recommend promotions within Property Operations.
• Trains, motivates, and supports the team to ensure quality service.
• Counsels, coaches, disciplines, and documents employee performance.
• Recognizes and rewards high performers.
• Leads the Property Operations team and oversees daily activities.
• Establishes staff work schedules aligned with skills and workload.
• Organizes and participates in meetings, maintaining records for Property Operations.
• Participates in budget analysis and capital planning development and monitoring.
• Manages engineering supplies, parts, inventories, and oversees the purchase order process.
• Coordinates with external contractors.
• Ensures proper use of office equipment, EMS systems, and Life Safety Systems, with training provided.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical training preferred.
• Two years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Universal refrigerant license.
• Ability to read wire and schematic diagrams.
• Proficient in using an electrical meter.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
