Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create schedules to optimize service levels and labor efficiency
- Drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs and implement waste-reduction measures
- Maintain inventory controls and ordering procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Respond to guest feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with hotel and spa leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences across the property
- Cross-train staff across outlets to increase flexibility and support operations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Requirements
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership with a passion for coaching and developing staff
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
- Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and cost control practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Current Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit, or ability to obtain them upon hire
