Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Create schedules to optimize service levels and labor efficiency
• Drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs and implement waste-reduction measures
• Maintain inventory controls and ordering procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with hotel and spa leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences across the property
• Cross-train staff across outlets to increase flexibility and support operations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

Requirements

• 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership with a passion for coaching and developing staff
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
• Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and cost control practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Current Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit, or ability to obtain them upon hire
