Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly operations meetings and clearly relay details about upcoming events to the staff under supervision.
• Share information about programs and capabilities with other departments and with current or potential clients.
• Address guest and prospective guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and enforce food, beverage and service quality standards consistent with a first-class operation.
• Implement robust cost-control measures across food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving, and product utilization systems to manage product cost.
• Lead by adhering to productivity standards for food and beverage personnel.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to foster commitment and loyalty among employees.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
