Job Description
In Arlington, the Aloft Hotel Arlington South invites a dynamic Sales Coordinator to help coordinate the flow of information between clients, the sales team, and management. This role centers on B2B sales, territory management, and account management, requiring an energetic, proactive approach to building relationships and driving growth.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support external sales activities by scheduling appointments, preparing sales collateral, and aiding product demonstrations.
- Maintain ongoing contact with territory clients, assess their needs, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Generate new leads via cold calls, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns to grow the client base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to log customer interactions, keep account information up to date, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Support the development of marketing strategies that promote products and services to potential B2B clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial arrangements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or account management in a B2B setting.
- Solid grasp of territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with strong customer service abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong communication skills for product demos and client engagement across multiple channels.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
