Shift Manager on Duty

Join the Bellevue Club - Hotel in Bellevue, WA, as a Shift Manager on Duty. This full-time role offers a steady hourly rate of USD 29 and the opportunity to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, align team efforts, and safeguard the facility. Responsibilities

• Lead Authority: Provide operational guidance in the absence of senior management, ensuring adherence to club and hotel policies.
• Resolve Escalations: Address guest or member concerns promptly and follow up with department heads to implement lasting solutions.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Business Office after standard weekday hours to help members and prospective applicants.
• Staff Development: Participate in and facilitate staff training programs to maintain premium service standards.
• Secure the Property: Execute opening and closing checklists, patrol public areas, verify back-of-house security, and lock down the facility.
• Monitor Systems: Oversee building alarm systems and maintain knowledge of the central fire panel and detector locations.
• Log & Communicate: Document daily operational updates in the Bellevue Club logbook, reviewing notes from previous shifts to ensure seamless transitions.
• First Responder: Serve as the primary on-site responder for emergencies, using CPR, First Aid, or AED equipment as necessary.
• Incident Documentation: Investigate, log, and report safety hazards or medical incidents.
• Safety Training: Educate and drill staff on fire, evacuation, and emergency protocols.

Requirements
