Banquet Server

Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI is seeking Banquet Servers to support weddings, conferences, and other special events. In this onsite role, you will help create a smooth guest experience by delivering attentive service throughout each event, from meal delivery to clear-up and ongoing area readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
• Serve food and beverages to guests professionally and in a timely manner
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and keep the banquet area tidy and presentable
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance during events
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to support seamless event execution
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow uniform guidelines

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit (where applicable)
• Six months to one year of serving experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
