Responsibilities

• Lead and support housekeeping staff in day-to-day operations
• Coordinate room assignments and prioritize cleaning timelines
• Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold quality standards
• Support inventory management, including ordering and maintaining housekeeping supplies
• Foster efficiency, productivity, and a positive team environment
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and hotel policies

Requirements

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience required
• A minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
