Hotel Front Desk Agent

This onsite Front Desk Agent role at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas, supports guest registration, settlement, and information delivery as part of Pyramid Hotel Group's hospitality operations.

Basic Function

The Front Desk Agent delivers courteous and efficient registration, handles guest settlements, and provides information to guests, colleagues, and visitors.

Essential Functions

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is recorded, noting and fulfilling special requests, and establishing accurate information.
• Check guests out to ensure a satisfactory departure experience.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel's services to answer guest questions effectively.
• Assist with answering phones and handling guest luggage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Check guests out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
• Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
• Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record preferred.

Compensation

Pay rate: USD 18.00 per hour.
