Sno Shoppe Clerk

At Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel in Snoqualmie, WA, the Sno Shoppe Clerk role supports a smooth, guest-focused retail experience. You will help visitors find and purchase souvenir and novelty items while keeping the shop organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations.

This part time position includes professional guest service, accurate POS and cash handling, and consistent completion of daily paperwork. You will also help maintain a welcoming retail space through cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and proper inventory rotation.

What you’ll do

• Provide superior guest service by answering questions and assisting with purchases in person or by phone.
• Process payments using proper cash handling procedures for cash, charge cards, checks, gift certificates, or comp slips.
• Complete accurate daily paperwork, including deposits, variances, and shift reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail sales area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Maintain inventory levels on display by regularly rotating stock and ensuring products are properly priced and fresh.
• Keep the retail storage area in good condition and secure, placing goods in their proper locations and rotating stock as needed.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the retail area’s operations.

What you bring

• Cash Register (POS) and guest service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, including the ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain clear, courteous communication under pressure.
• Capability to work effectively with all departments and build strong working relationships.
• Strong math skills with experience handling cash and ensuring accurate, accountable transactions.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding gaming and personnel matters, respecting privacy and sensitive information.
• Preferred: six (6) months cash handling experience.

Compensation and scheduling

• Onsite location in Snoqualmie, WA.
• Part time role.
• Hourly pay range: USD 20 to 21 per hour.
