Responsibilities

• Initiate purposeful conversations with guests to build rapport and uncover expectations and unmet needs.
• Encourage participation in hotel loyalty programs, present options, and offer suitable rate packages and upgrades when appropriate.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of guest requests and effective resolution of issues.
