Responsibilities

• Present checks promptly, handle billing and payments via credit card, and solicit guest feedback.
• Comply with all cash-handling and credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare, deliver, and remove IRD trays and amenities promptly and thoroughly.
• Follow all controls, regulations, laws, and procedures related to food and alcohol service, safety, and sanitation.
• Able to cross-train in other F&B areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment is required.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment is required.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Aloha experience is a plus.
• TIPS Certification is a plus.
• RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification is a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
