Job Description
Bagzee is hiring a Hotel Partnerships & Business Development Representative to grow its hotel and hospitality partner network from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Expand Bagzee’s network of hotel partners, hotel groups, cruises, vacation rental operators, and hospitality professionals
- Source and build partnerships independently using outbound sales and relationship development
- Earn commissions on revenue generated from partnerships you directly source and help close
- Earn recurring commissions on bookings generated through the hotel partnerships you establish

- Comfortable with outbound sales
- Skilled in relationship building
- Able to independently develop partnerships

Who You Are
- Have experience or existing relationships in hospitality, including: hotel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Have experience or existing relationships in hospitality, including: hotel management, operations, or ownership groups
- Have experience or existing relationships in hospitality, including: hospitality consulting or independent sales
- Established relationships with hotel general managers, executives, or other hospitality decision-makers
- Existing hospitality industry connections are a strong advantage
- Open to motivated business development professionals who can identify opportunities and establish new relationships independently
Compensation & Flexibility
- Earn commissions on revenue from partnerships you directly source and help close
- Opportunity to earn recurring commissions on bookings generated through your hotel partnerships
- Uncapped earning potential
- Fully remote; no fixed schedules or minimum hourly requirements
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
