Hotel Fraye in Nashville, onsite, is hiring a Private Dining Sales & Catering Manager. Responsibilities

  • Lead private dining reservations, restaurant buyouts, and partner events.
  • Report to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and the General Manager.
  • Generate event sales by pursuing new business and preserving relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients to plan events, draft contracts, and detail specifications for restaurant teams to execute.
  • Coordinate with event vendors including florists, rental companies, and security.
  • Partner with Concord Hospitality operations teams on event preparation (culinary, back of house, servers).
  • Meet with clients for site inspections and walk-throughs to secure business and finalize details.
  • Manage all catering events from booking through completion and handoff to operations.
  • Create proposals, contracts, event orders, and tailored packages for each client.
  • Recap events and provide insights to operations, sales, and production teams.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for rentals and supplies.
  • Handle day-to-day group requests and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate execution of orders.
  • Plan and execute an effective social media plan in collaboration with digital marketing partners.
  • Maintain current knowledge of event and catering industry practices.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal partners and external clients, delivering clear communications across Concord channels.
  • Demonstrate strong time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain existing accounts while developing new business for the restaurants.
  • Monitor pre-event, event, and post-event details, tracking all particulars such as concessions, group history, deadlines, contracts, event orders and BEOs, and billing details.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership and operations to plan, promote, and execute private events, including influencer receptions and ticketed or promotional reservations.
  • Attend client functions as needed.
  • Work with internal and external partners to forecast food and beverage revenue.
  • Learn the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, and presentation to support event success.
  • Consistently meet sales activity and revenue goals through proactive and reactive calls, tours, and appointments.
  • Learn and use digital sales systems and processes (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS) and apply the hotel’s sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prepare for and participate in internal meetings, reporting, planning, training, and related communications.
  • Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture aimed at achieving hotel goals.
  • Invest in career development and pursue training and growth opportunities.
  • Fulfill reasonable requests from Management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
