Wipe and clean hard floor areas by hand to remove dirt and stains.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and wall hangings; reach vents and ceiling corners to remove dust and cobwebs.
Strip beds and remake with fresh linens; check bedspreads and blankets for cleanliness and inspect mattresses for dirt.
Check closets for cleanliness, wipe doors and handles, and restock supplies such as hangers, extra blankets and pillows.
Vacuum rooms, public areas and hallways, operating vacuums up to 25 lbs and moving heavy furniture to vacuum underneath and in hard to reach spots.
Inspect door and window locks to ensure they function properly and report unsecured or unsafe conditions to management.
Inspect room equipment (TV, lights, faucets, radios) and report any deficiencies in writing to the Executive Housekeeper for prompt repair.
