Position Overview

Remove cassettes from kiosks, replenish and prepare for the next drop cycle.
Ensure kiosk, JXCs, Currency Recycler, ECD and other cash operations equipment function properly through routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Handle kiosk guest disputes and ensure sufficient currency and coin to keep kiosks operational.
Assist vendors with installation and maintenance of multi function kiosks, ATMs, currency counters, bank issues, and related equipment.
Support network connectivity monitoring, maintenance and implementation for kiosks and ATM devices.
Train department staff on basic maintenance and operating procedures for kiosks, ATMs, currency counters, and related equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate as a team member to ensure a smoothly run cage operation.
Maintain awareness of facility details and events to advise guests and colleagues when possible.
Perform other duties as assigned by management with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
One year of cash handling experience.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve kiosk issues efficiently.
Strong ability to apply common sense and follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions per established guidelines.
Capability to define problems with multiple variables, collect facts, and draw valid conclusions to perform duties.
Proficiency with mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret English language safety rules, instructions, and policies.
Good judgment in providing information to guests and maintaining positive guest relations.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
