Role Summary

The Lounge Bartender takes and fulfills guest orders, prepares and serves beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and handles light meals, all while maintaining a clean and stocked outlet in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

Take guest orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light meals in a courteous and efficient manner according to hotel specifications.
Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of the outlet and its equipment.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Adhere to and complete all daily operational procedures established by the Food and Beverage Department.
Maintain food and beverage safety and quality in accordance with hotel, Shaner, and franchise standards.
Follow standards and procedures for department operations and safe working conditions.
Respond to guest-related issues within the department in a professional manner.
Maintain clear communication with the General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors, and staff.
