As a Night Auditor, you will be a key point of contact for guests during overnight hours, supporting the guest experience through accurate processing of transactions, reporting, and timely communication to resolve needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests and complete the hotel arrival and check-in experience, ensuring special requests are fulfilled and information is accurate.
- Thank departing guests, verify billing accuracy, and encourage return visits.
- Engage with guests by phone or electronic communication in line with hotel brand standards to support satisfaction.
- Maintain integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling guest records, cash reports, audit reports, and other guest or hotel information.
- Promote hotel brand loyalty programs and encourage participation, offering special rate packages and upgrades when appropriate.
- Communicate with internal departments verbally or via hotel communication logs to support timely, accurate delivery of guest expectations and resolution of challenges.
- Listen to guests, empathize with concerns, solicit feedback when necessary, and act on guest issues.
- Maintain professionalism consistent with hotel brand and company expectations.
- Know and communicate hotel emergency procedures, and inform and assist guests in emergencies.
- If applicable, maintain balance and security of the house bank and accurately log all transactions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry.
- High School diploma or equivalency education certificate required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.
- Ability to work 8+ hours per day at a standing desk/computer, standing and walking frequently throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to independently work during overnight hours.
Schedule, Location, and Compensation
Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite).
Compensation: USD 15 to 17 per hour.
Experience requirement: 2 years minimum.
